Description

This course prepares new users of EVMS forProject Professional and Web App to define, organize, plan, schedule, and budget a project; to track project progress and costs; to analyze, forecast, and report on project performance; and to manage project changes. This course is a prerequisite for most other EVMS for Project Professional and Web App courses.

Prerequisites

  • A Windows computer (Windows 10 or later) with internet access
  • A modern, updated browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome or Safari)
  • Ability to access Citrix GoToMeeting (www.gotomeeting.com)
  • Ability to access the forProject training environment
  • Basic knowledge of Earned Value Management
  • Note: Two monitors are recommended, but not required
