SA-110 Understanding the DCMA 14-Point Assessment

In this course, you’ll learn about the DCMA 14-Point schedule assessment metrics. For each metric, you’ll learn what the metric is intended to show and how the metric is calculated.  You’ll also learn about scheduling techniques and best practices to avoid problems and improve scores on the DCMA metrics.

Instructor-Led Remote Learning

Current users of Schedule Analyzer forProject who wish to better understand the DCMA 14-Point schedule assessment metrics

• A Windows computer (Windows 10 or later) with internet access
• A modern, updated browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome, or Safari)
• Ability to access Citrix GoToMeeting (www.gotomeeting.com)
• Basic knowledge of project scheduling using Microsoft Project
• Note: Two monitors are recommended, but not required
